Minecraft Map is Now Completely Mined after 5 Years

The Minecraft map is huge and so large that it can be hard to wrap your head (and pick and shovel) around. For most players, they'll begin an entirely new world before they've seen the entirety of the old one, and then clean it clear of diamonds, redstone, and other valuables then moving onto fresh ground. One player, though Minthical, a YouTuber Minthical takes a more thorough approach. We often write about incredible Minecraft designs, such as people who create MS Paint or magically transforming villages. It's not often we can even mention a great Minecraft map. Irc101 Official maps are fine, but the IKEA map speaks for itself. This map is unique because it doesn't concentrate on what's being made, but rather what's being destroyed. Minthical is a YouTuber who has been mining every block on a single map for the past five years. This is more than 45 million blocks. Minthical streamed live on August 12th to demonstrate how close they are to finishing this world-ending challenge. They discuss the number of blocks they have mined, the challenges they faced, as well as important details about scale. It's an excellent showcase for stat fanatics. They expect to be finished by September , so be sure to join their newsletter if you'd like to have your block to be mined. If you're interested in the idea of obliterating everything but don't want to commit five years doing it You'll be glad to know we've got all of the Minecraft console commands and cheats available for you. We also have everything you need about ancient cities, should you're interested in exploring.
